We model the federal credit, depreciation, utility programs and C-PACE financing where it is available.
Safety on every site
Hard hats, fall protection and a written safety plan on every job.
Service after install
Monitoring, maintenance and repairs, including EL and UV testing to find damaged modules.

Who we build for

We design around your load profile, your roof or land, and how long you plan to own the building.

- ✓Farms and agriculture
- ✓Schools, universities and municipal buildings
- ✓Multifamily and small business properties

What size projects do you build?
From small business rooftops to multi-megawatt ground mounts and solar carports.
Is the federal tax credit still available for commercial solar?
For solar, it now depends on when construction began and when the system is placed in service. Projects starting now generally must be in service by the end of 2027. Storage has a longer runway. Check with your tax advisor.
What is C-PACE?
Commercial PACE lets property owners pay for energy improvements through a property tax assessment, often with long, fixed-rate terms. It is offered in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado and Michigan where the local government has opted in.
Which states do you work in?
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado and Michigan.
