These terms apply to wolfriverelectric.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Work we perform is covered by your signed contract with us. If these terms conflict with your contract, your contract controls.

Using the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site, scrape it with automated tools or upload harmful code. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. You must be 18 or older to submit a form.

Quotes, calculators and estimates

Prices, savings, system sizes and production figures on the site, in our solar calculator or in early estimates are based on information you give us and on assumptions about weather, shading, energy use and utility rates. They are not offers, bids or guarantees. Your price and terms are set only in a written proposal or contract after we review your property. Actual savings and production will vary.

Incentives, taxes and financing

Information about tax credits, rebates, utility programs, net metering and financing is general information. These programs change often, may have limited funds and may end without notice. Eligibility depends on your situation. We do not give tax, legal or financial advice; talk with a qualified tax professional. Financing and lease offers are subject to approval and the partner's terms. The prepaid lease is offered by Solaris Initiative.

Reviews and testimonials

The people in our testimonial videos and stories are real Wolf River Electric customers describing their own experience. If a customer received anything of value, such as a gift card or referral payment, we say so with the testimonial. Employees and their family members who post reviews must say so. Results vary with system size, roof, location, energy use, utility rates and incentives. Reviews from Google are shown as posted; see all reviews on our Google profile.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, photos, videos and our logo, belongs to Wolf River Electric or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission. See the trademark notice below.

Third-party links

The site links to other sites, such as manufacturers, utilities, financing partners and review sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for our work and equipment are only those in your contract and the manufacturer's warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolf River Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. These limits do not apply to your contract with us and do not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.

Governing law

Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless your contract or applicable law says otherwise.

Calls and texts

When you submit a form on the site, you agree that Wolf River Electric may call and text the number you provide, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages, about your request, appointments, your project and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can call (763) 229-6662 instead. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Trademark notice

Tesla, Powerwall, Enphase, FranklinWH, REC, SPAN, ChargePoint, Eaton, Generac and other product names on this site are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify products we sell and install, and their use does not mean the owner sponsors or endorses Wolf River Electric, except where we state we are a certified installer for that brand.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
