We are looking for a Solar Sales Team Coordinator to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our sales team. This will include setting goals and targets, creating sales strategies and plans, and monitoring results. You will also be responsible for providing feedback and support to team members. Solar sales Team Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales team
  • Set goals and targets for the sales team
  • Create sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor results and provide feedback
  • Provide support to team members
  • Train and prep new team members
  • Enform the team of new strategies and techniques

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience managing or coordinating a team (1 year preferred)
  • Experience in solar sales or similar field
  • Solar knowledge is a must
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Passion for sales and achieving targets
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Compensation is based on experience.

Sales Team Coordinator Pay:

  • Sales Team Coordinator s typically earn $55k-65k/Yr
  • Pay rate may vary depending on experience and location.
